Really impressed with this company. They contacted me very quickly after I left an enquiry, and made a booking that was within a couple of days. Sijo, our repair guy, was prompt and quick; ringing me in the morning to say what time he was coming, plus giving me a 10 minute heads up. On the day, we received a courtesy call to advise re arrival time. Our washing machine could be repaired the same day as they had a spare part available. It took 30min to repair and our 9 yrs old appliance works like a brand new one. Service was excellent and great value for money.

The administration woman was very helpful, taking all the information about the problems and making a time window for the technician to come to our house.... Sijo was able to look at both appliances! Sijo repaid our over oven light and told us he had to send away for the oven timer. it took two weeks for the oven timer to come.... Sijo phoned again and told us he would be here at 2,15pm and he arrived at 2.15pm . Sijo is such a lovely very professional gentleman. On the call-out visit the problem was explained in full as was the cost of new part and total cost of job. Sijo said it could take up to 2weeks for part, however it arrived in just over a week. As soon as it arrived he rang and asked if it was... convenient to come in half an hour and do the repair. It was. He wanted to fix my machine as the next day was a public holiday and he felt I'd been without a machine for too long already. I thought he was very considerate in that respect. My fridge was ruined by a power surge after an Energex outage. It was a stressfuI time but I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours and Sijo came out during the agreed timeframe, ringing 20 minutes beforehand.
