This company is amazing! My technician Sijo, arrived on time, fixed the problem on the spot and didn't charge through the roof! He worked on my 10 year old LG top loader washing machine and replaced the pump. I found it impressive that he didnt have to order the part, it was in his van. Sijo is very knowledgeable and polite. Problem: Suspected faulty heating element in our oven.

Sijo diagnosed the problem (it was a faulty heating element), ordered a replacement part and fitted the replacement heating element once it arrived, all issues have been resolved.

Sijos communication was great when it came to both coordinating his visits and when explaining the issues/solution.

In October of 2024, I had a problem with my refrigerator and googled to find someone to fix it at a reasonable price.

Had the magician Sijo come out and have a look at my at least 11 year old Fisher & Paykel 2 drawer dishwasher. Managed to fix the error appearing on the machine and it's working like new again. Really impressed with this company. They contacted me very quickly after I left an enquiry, and made a booking that was within a couple of days. Sijo, our repair guy, was prompt and quick; ringing me in the morning to say what time he was coming, plus giving me a 10 minute heads up. When he arrived, he was thorough with checking the washing machine and was quickly able to identify the problem. Not only this, but we saved money (about $500) with a repair that will hopefully last another few years before we have to fully replace the machine. Will definitely use these guys again should the need arise.

Was a very easy and stress free process to book a technician. And I didn't have to sit around and wait all day, the tech called half hour before so I could manage home life around it. Technician was good and respectful, and had parts on board! So problem found and fixed, all in 20 or so minutes.

The only company who would do same-day service on our broken fridge! Sijo was prompt, efficient and had the part to get our fridge running. One visit and we had a functioning fridge again! And very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We used Arrive on Time for repairs on both our washing machine and wall oven. Our experience was great, right from the time of our first call. The administration woman was very helpful, taking all the information about the problems and making a time window for the technician to come to our house. Sijo was able to look at both appliances! He keep us informed as to his arrival time. Sijo gave us great advice regarding both appliances and explained things fully. On his advice, we replaced the washing machine (was 10y +). Sijo ordered the parts and returned to fix the oven. We were very pleased with the price and the service altogether. Would throughly recommend.

I used arrive on time for the first time and found them very good. sijo phoned me before he came .he came and replaced my oven light and tested my oven.he told me he had to send away for oven timer.when he received the oven timer he phoned me and let me know what time he was coming to fit the timer to my stop.sijo did a fantastic job and it was great to know when he was coming and not worry about when he was coming.i recommend arrive on time and sijo to anyone and will use sijo again.

We used Arrive on time to repair our stove . This was the first time we used Arrive on Time. The electrician Sijo phoned us before he came and apologized for been late. Sijo repaid our over oven light and told us he had to send away for the oven timer. it took two weeks for the oven timer to come. Sijo phoned again and told us he would be here at 2,15pm and he arrived at 2.15pm . Thank you, Arrive on Time and Sijo for repairing our stove.
