Sijo is such a lovely very professional gentleman. On the call-out visit the problem was explained in full as was the cost of new part and total cost of job. Sijo said it could take up to 2weeks for part, however it arrived in just over a week. As soon as it arrived he rang and asked if it was... convenient to come in half an hour and do the repair. It was. He wanted to fix my machine as the next day was a public holiday and he felt I'd been without a machine for too long already. I thought he was very considerate in that respect. My fridge was ruined by a power surge after an Energex outage. The office staff were very helpful. The technician arrived on time. He was very polite, honest and efficient. Their call out fee includes 30 minutes of labour so I only had to pay extra for the part. I would highly recommend them

I called Arrive On Time Appliance this morning as my fridge keeps turning off and tripping the circuit breaker. Immediately the staff offered their service and advised a technician can came out between 11am and 2pm. I had a courtesy call from Sijo at about 12pm to say he'll be at my place in 30... minutes and he arrived just before. He was very pleasant and went straight to work. He took time to assess the problem and when he couldn't find the problem I thought was the caused, he went above and beyond to find out the root problem. Because of this I now I have a working fridge and I didn't need to buy a new one and the cost was reasonable. Thanks Sijo. I highly recommend their service!read more

5 star experience from Snowcool. Called to book a serviceman to replace a rail runner which I had broken in my Leibherr fridge. Got straight through on the phone and was able to book for the following day. Peter called half an hour before he was due to arrive and well within the 3 hour window I was... given. Peter had never had to fix the problem I had even though he has been fixing Leibherr fridges for 8 years. Quickly worked out how to change over the rail runner and insert the replacement.
